Coulter K. Richardson, Esq.

Coulter focuses on helping individuals and families experiencing difficult legal challenges. From divorce and custody disputes to support, domestic violence, and postjudgment matters, property and civil matters, and estate planning, he provides clear guidance and strong advocacy every step of the way.
Coulter is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He has appeared in New York Supreme Court, New York Civil Court, New Jersey Superior Court, New Jersey Appellate Court, Federal Court: NY Southern and Eastern Districts; New Jersey Federal Court. He is a member of the Sons of the American Revolution of the State of New York.
Coulter was Awarded the 2022 Daniel J. O’Hern Pro Bono Award for professional excellence and altruistic service to the indigent and the community in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
Coulter is a former amateur and professional cyclist, placing 6th Place in the Points Race in the United States Track Cycling Championships in 1990; competing in the 1991 Olympic Festival in Los Angeles, CA; competing and the 1992 Olympic Trials in track cycling in Blaine, MN.

Ambrose is a member of four bar associations—the New York City Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Queens County Bar Association—and participates in multiple sections within those organizations. He serves as president of two not‑for‑profit organizations, the Lower Manhattan Historical Association and the Lyric Chamber Music Society. He is a past president of the Sons of the Revolution in the State of New York, which owns and maintains Fraunces Tavern, and a former general secretary of the General Society of the Sons of the Revolution. He has appeared pro hac vice in numerous state and federal courts in New Jersey.
